I had an older version of this dishwasher that was damaged during a lightning storm. The whole process from online ordering in the LG website to delivery about 10 days later was seemeless.

I was impressed with the features this dishwasher has. I love that its supper quiet unlike my other dishwasher. You can start by wifi as well and let me tell you it washes the dishes well well.

We had this machine installed on September 29 3022 read and highlighted the manual set the controls and pressed start. We have found that we actually like the silverware baskets and I like the top skinny shelf for certain utensils. The machine does an excellent cleaning job although we do rinse our dishes prior to loading. Right now it is as perfect as possible. The plus factor is the musical ditty when it is finished.Shirk

Our GE dishwasher died after several years of use. Although the dishwasher had served us well this new LG is a big improvement. The configuration of the racks makes for easy loading. The third rack is a bonus. Although this dishwasher fit into the space we had the interior is larger making it easier to load. Dry satisfied with this purchase.
