Different storuies about getting a repair

I have called 3 time to get my dishwasher fixed . . . each time I have gotten a different story to get the repair done. I will continue to call and see if I can get the dishwasher fixed. This has taken two weeks so far. . . .Will keek calling

We did not know how bad it was working till the service man came out to fix it from shutting off Last 2 weeks it has worked like a brand new unit

Have used this dishwasher for 3 years and have been very happy with it. One problem - the middle rack developed rust on the tips of many of the support bars. The dishwasher came with a 5 year warranty on the racks so LG replaced it under warranty. The Customer Service was excellent and very responsive. Overall the dishwasher performs very well and does a great job of getting the dishes clean. It is also extremely quiet. I would definitely purchase again.
