The machine is failing its main pump

We bought this 4 years ago. Now I cant get a new pump to replace the failed line and there are no service people in our area

Cleans great but plastic control panel cracked

Bought my model about 2 years yrs ago. The plastic control panel is cracked and the crack is spreading out from the spot where you have to pull the door open. The only remedy I could get from customer service was the names and numbers of local technicians to diagnose and fix the problem. Not satisfactory.

With four adults the washer get a lot of use and it does cleans well. Unfortunately both racks rusted after 4 years but were replaced by LG . The only complaint is that it gets very noisy in mid-cycle. That was unexpected as I have another lower priced one thats much quieter throughout the entire cycle.

Weve had this dishwasher for a little under 3 years and have just had to have both baskets replaced due to rust. Not just a little rust either - these things have caking rust with spokes rusting so much that theyve started breaking off. The plastic around the controls is cracking. This dishwasher just isnt aging well. The quality control of the materials used for the parts is clearly insufficient. They look great at first but fall apart far too quickly. I recommend you avoid this line of dishwashers.

Only 2 years old and already glitching out

Was very happy with this dishwasher until couple weeks ago the display started gliching out and sometimes wont turn on. Have to flip the circuit breaker off and on to get it to turn on. Contacted customer support and they wont do anything didnt even reply to my last message. Looking online this is a common problem poor design lets moisture get to one of the circuit boards. I was planning on replacing all my appliances with LG but now probably not. A dishwasher that lasts only 2 years? No thanks.
