I bought one of these had a problem with it and kitchen aid replaced it immediately. Perfect size for countertop does a heavy duty job when mixing and customer service is excellent.

I bought this smaller mini mixer for a few reasons - its not as heavy, looks good on the counter, and works great! I don't make big batches of things so the mixing bowl size is perfect for my needs. Its a bit pricey considering what it is, but I am sure it will be useful for years to come. I gave it only 4 stars for Value, Innovation, Sound Levels, and Capacity, but all others I gave it a 5.
