I bought this new in July/Aug 2021 from Premier Kitchens & Baths in Sacramento, CA. They stored it until late January 2022 & then delivered to my contractors (along w/many other new appliances) in late Jan/early Feb 2022. At that time, my contractors installed it. Unfortunately, I found that the top oven handle & glass were scratched. The manifold in front & on top had lots of dents/waviness. GE appliance repair guys (who have been great) ordered new parts & replaced them. The new manifold still had waviness but I'll live with it...apparently there is no quality control. Also, the plastic control panel started puffing up when I turned on either oven. AND, the top oven door didn't close flush. The repair guys returned, ordered new parts & installed them. Although the panel no longer puffs up, the top oven door still does not close flush, even after new hinges were installed The repairman did not know what else to do. Since it works & seems to hold heat, I'll live with it. But it's sad that I paid lots of money for a product that has many manufacturing flaws.

who can say no to two ovens in one!? four burners AND a griddle!?! come on! only complaint is that it easily leave fingerprints :( we put it in our in-law suite/apartment. who knows when it will actually be used as an oven...so i can't comment on that

I'm still learning how to use the convection oven and air fryer options on this range. The more I learn about it the better I like it. The one thing I need to do is confirm the baking temperature as it seems to take longer to bake that I think it should. The items that I've air fried and baked in the convection oven have turned out great. I'm loving the options it give me--the griddle, burner sizes, oven options!
