THE RANGE COOKS EVENLY AND I HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY ENJOYING IT. HOWEVER, IT WAS DELIVERED WITH A COUPLE SCRATCHES AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR A DAMAGE ALLOWANCE, BUT I NEVER DID. GREAT RANGE, JUST MINOR DAMAGE IN DELIVERY.

I purchased this stove on line. First thought I had was thinking I would not have room for my pots due to griddle. I bought x-tra grate that can switch out griddle. I have plenty of room. May not have needed it but will come in handy for holidays. Very Happy.

We've had several issues. Had to make a call to the help center to ask how to remove the bottom drawer so we could change the valves from natural to propane gas. None of the online videos demonstrated this model. Never got a clear answer from GE. We finally had a repairman come out to remove the drawer and change the valve for $175.00. Problem #2 and next phone call: I just used the steam cleaning function. It doesn't steam clean. I've attempted it 3 times. Each time the 1 C. of now luke warm water was still on the bottom of the oven but no steam. Will make another call at the start of the week. Problem #3--hopefully the guarantee is honored. The oven didn't fit in the space even though we our previous oven was 30 inches. (this model is slightly taller and caught on the lip of the counter.). Another $150 to have 1/8 shaved off my countertop. GE offers a refund so I've completed the multiple pages of paperwork (pictures old and new oven, serial and model numbers old and new, invoices, etc.) and sent them in to request the refund. Problem #4. Boiled water over when making pasta. Not a major boil over but despite using multiple products including Bar Keeper's Friends, I'm not able to get the blackened residue off the burner cap.
