Excited for stove but several gas leaks

We bought this stove in August have had the store tech out once and LG tech out twice for gas smells. One gas leak was due to a line not tightened enough during manufacturing. The back gas leak we are not sure why but when the store tech came to fix it they applied pipe dope that he should not have. Seems miscommunication with store techs?

Very happy this far with the range. After receiving all the parts everything works as expected. Very easy to use and nice to switch from electric to gas. Would definitely recommend.

Both work as advertised. Making food hot. The centerline cast iron is cool but gets in the way a little.
