Igniter stopped working after a couple of years does not seam like Lg makes reliable appliances

What a disappointing piece of equipment. Ive had this oven for 3 years and the igniter went out. Its no longer under warranty and I had to wait 3 weeks for repair. My refrigerator has had two compressors replaced.

I was not informed that this oven does not self clean. I asked if it had self clean and was told yes but all it is is spraying water on the inside and pressing the easy clean button. Thats the only choice abs it does NOTHING.
