I bought the oven in 2016 except for a couple malfunctions its been a good product.

The two ovens work fine and the self cleaning feature also does the job. The appearance and the functionality of the stove to is a big disappointment. The plates under the burners are all stained and will not clean up even with magic erasers. The middle long burner wont even light anymore because it has rusted inside. It is totally unusable. LG was contacted and would not send a new one. They sent me to an outside vender. The dont carry this part anymore. They have a new one that requires it be installed by a repair service. So basically I have an old stove now that looks old doesnt totally work after a little over 6 years. I bought this from Costco in a package with dishwasher microwave and fridge thinking I would have a5 year warranty plus an additional 2 years through the Costco credit card but since then Costco changed credit card companies. NOT HAPPY

It will not light sometimes 4weeks without a stove and it not even two years old . Tried to call the company with no answer.
