Scratched first time I used the range. Replaced the top, bought 500$ pans made for glass top, used it again and it scratched.

This electric range has all the bells and whistles. I do wish it had an alert for being left on for a certain amount of time like the refrigerator's 'door open' alert. Previously, my experience with electric ranges was not great, but this is a game changer. Water on the stove heats up so much faster than my old gas range. Plus, I love all the burner options and sleek look. The pull out racks are really a great feature - no more burning myself on one of the racks while trying to remove a dish!!

Glass Top an Issue

I received this range in October 2021 and have issues with the cooktop. The color under the cooktop has flaked or burnt off underneath. I contacted Bosch in January and provided the information and photo as requested. I did not receive a response and sent an additional email in February asking for a reply. I read the review by Anissan dated 12/03/2021 and am concerned that my cooktop will look like her's if i keep using it. At this time, I cannot recommend this range.

It looks good and elegant, but cleaning the glass cook top is like a nightmare. I got all the recommended by Bosch cleaners (including the scraper), but I can't get rid off some hard stuff. They will not come off.
