Oven interior coating is failing

The interior coating of my oven is failing at less than 3 years of age. This oven is used primarily for baking and is used only once or twice a week. A quick web search shows that LG and other brands have reports of this happening. The manufacturers including LG do not appear to be standing by their product.

Its been 3 yrs and the timer has stopped working and apparently there is only 1 person that works at LG that can fix it
