2nd JennAir and more problems first one only lasted for less than 3 years only reason i purchased another One is because my other appliances are JennAir

I question why the fan continually runs when I run the microwave. The touchpad does not respond like I think it should and the door to the microwave/convection oven does not close correctly most of the time and I have to reclose it in order for the microwave to work

Contacted Jenn-Air customer service to resolve problem with microwave convection oven. My current appliance had failed and replacement parts were not available. Jenn-Air rep offered options for replacement unit and informed me of the 5 year major component warranty. Since the existing unit was 4 years old and depreciation must be taken into account, I was offered a replacement unit at significantly reduced price. The rep was courteous, informative and helpful. The replacement unit was available and installed within 10 days.

I really like this Oven. I have used it for about two weeks and so far, it has exceeded my expectations with a single exception. Connecting to my smartphone has been a real problem. After trying several times, I gave up because of time. I'll be trying again later to make the connection or contacting customer support for assistance. In spite of this, I still love the oven and am very pleased with my purchase. I took away a star because of the connection problem, otherwise, it's perfect!

Our combination of oven and the microwave is a perfect introduction to the world of possibilities and cooking. The oven has every feature you could imagine . Even the Wi-Fi connectivity has proven useful . The heating element and convection work seamlessly. The programming options are intuitive . Everything is super user-friendly. We are looking forward to years of expanding our world of cooking with these fabulous new appliances.
