Had the oven installed before Thanksgiving. It worked well with all the cooking we had to do.

Error code and preheat

This oven came with the new home I just purchased so I had no choice. When trying to preheat the oven I keep getting this code: F8E0 Upper Cool Fan Speed and at the bottom of the code there is an "okay" button. I hit the okay button and it goes away but it pops up again in a few seconds. I do this at least 5 times until it no longer pops up. I called Whirpool and went to chat. The gal could not answer my question. What kind of chat is that? The other issue I have is that it takes forever to preheat even with the rapid preheat button. If I had a choice I would get rid of this oven!

We purchase this oven to replace a 20 yr old whirlpool oven. The oven is great but the documentation needs improvement. there is no documentation on the icons thumbs down on this .

Oven is sufficient for a couple. Cooks evenly and size is not an issue. In use as a stackable with a microwave. All features are touch. However, timer is not the greatest.
