It is a pleasure being able to preheat oven when not at home. Less time is wasted which allows for more quality family time.

Great oven so far, love the ability to "lock" the panel. it heats super fast, and is quiet.

Overpriced and poor performance

The quality cooking performance you would expect at this price is not there. It cooks just like much cheaper ovens. It takes a very long time to preheat. The controls are cumbersome and unintuitive. The "Smart" features are a joke. They are almost impossible to use. The app is just as terrible. I was able to connect it to Alexa, however the oven was unable to perform even simple verbal instructions through Alexa like "preheat oven to 400 degrees". The only thing positive I can say is the clean, classic design looks good.
