I have no problems with this oven, it is a nice upgrade from the traditional oven I had before. My only gripe is the amount of time it takes for it to preheat to bake. Its like 15 minutes.

I love to bake, cookies, pies, cakes and this oven is fabulous. My husband has said several times “ your cookies were always good but in this oven they are even better”.
