I love the features; however I don't like the racks, they don't slide very well as a result the sides of the oven are getting scratched. I would rather have chrome racks.

Love the fact my ovens cook my food evenly. Very attactive and stylish. Easy to use even without a manual. One thing I do wish is the timer volume was louder. My oven did not come with a probe or a manual. I guess I need to order it.
