The unit is superbly constructed. It has two serious flaws: poor instructions on how to operate it. The sequences required are not at all obvious and logical. This is compounded by their not being lit, making more difficult. They need to be lit. Trial and error is the was to learn it.. It performs very well, and is superbly built.

The first one (new with all our JennAir appliances in newly-built home) lasted 4 years, but never seemed to heat well. This past winter, I opened the door & the entire top vent component fell out onto my glass cooktop!!! We spent $1000 to replace it (the updated model) & the mother board failed after 5 days! We went through a nightmarish back & forth with the vendor AND JennAir, & after about 2 weeks, they finally replaced that one! JennAir & the appliance vendor have photos.

Had microwave about one year and it caught fire. JennAir replaced it, but still not liking it! Have never been able to cook an edible baked potato in this microwave. Hate the "sensing" feature, and timer sound very soft so if I'm not in kitchen, I usually don't hear it.

Have had this range for a month and can’t be more happy with the purchase. Gas top works perfect and cleans up nicely. Oven has been right on temp and very spacious. Made a rib roast the other week that came out awesome which would have been a nightmare in our previous oven. Looks good too!

A clean looking microwave not complicated by an exterior handle. The absence of an exterior handle means my thumb often touches the main face when opening the device and therefore and increased need to wipe prints from the surface.
