Our old microwave stopped working and we were in search of a new one. We have other LG appliances refrigerator and washing machine so we figured wed eventually switch out all our appliances to LG as we really like what this brand has to offer. My husband had an easy time following the directions to hook up the vent and installing the microwave above our stove. Our next purchase will be an LG dishwasher.

Quit working about six months after purchase. Then it took two months to repair and then it failed again four months later and repaired again. That lasted maybe 11 months and the same issue again.

I really like it except for the handle. Sometimes when we pull the handle the whole microwave moves which could cause a spill inside.
