The microwave light does not work properly as it will turn on high, low but not off. A maintenance guy came a week later and said it was a sensor. Waiting for that part. This was a very expensive appliance and I did not buy the extra warranty as Kitchen Aid is a quality appliance. Hope it is not a lemon as it’s brand new!!!

The finish on the open button started to wear off after just 2 mts. My 5 year warrentee only covers this if reported in the first 30 days. For what this item retails for it should last longer I also bought a range at the same time and had to have a repair due to the finish on control panel being pitted, Kitchen aid is not the Quality i thought it was.
