Bought this on a whim and Ill be honest its perfect for what we need. I read some up and down reviews but please remember reviews are different because everyones opinion is different. Honestly its here to cook food and it does it very well. The front area you touch is prone to finger prints but who cares just wipe them off

Weve had this microwave for several months now. We bought it to replace our dying microwave. After doing research we determined this would work for us. It is mainly used for reheating food not for preparing four course meals. My wife isnt thrilled with the little tunes it plays when the time is up and its operation does take some getting used to but overall were pleased with its performance. Now as long as it lasts more than a couple years......

I just unpacked this microwave and was disappointed to learn that I cant open the door without holding onto the body of the microwave with my other hand. Also I didnt realize that I would have to cursor through to get to the right time for each item I warm up. Ill be returning it which is irritating. Im a 70-year-old woman who lives alone and I dont need this aggravation. I could not find any reviews when I was in the store but will make sure I check all specs before I buy another microwave. I bought this mainly because I thought highly of the LG brand. Now I see that they cut major corners with this product
