I purchased this on 11-12. I am still waiting for them to schedule a replacement delivery because they don't service microwaves. I have called twice but still no date to replace as of 11-20

Push button to open microwave broke into 3 pieces AND they dont sell that part so I have buy an entirely new microwave within 2 years and Im really upset about that!

My 5-yr old microwave has been arcing intermittently lately and service guy said that the magnetron may be bad. Paid $500+ for the unit originally plus the trim kit. Service guy said not worth fixing. The replacement version is Model KMCS3022GSS and can find it for $400+ but that is just too much money for warming food.

We bought a new home 1 year ago and installed a Kitchenaid Appliance Package that included this Microwave. We are now on our 3rd microwave in under a year and I am calling again today to order yet another one. The push button opener after a month or two sticks and then stops opening. If I had another option I would not go through this again! On a positive note, the Warranty Department has been wonderful and quickly sent out a brand new one each time. In addition, our side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator, 6 burner gas range and dishwasher have all been great.
