Microwave works great. I don't like the controls. Instead of potato, pizza, etc. Why not just have numbers?
Good quality and look

I bought this microwave a month ago to replace another KitchenAid. I like it very much but am disappointed it is so hard to open. I have to push really hard on the latch to open the door. It runs very quietly.
Keypad stopped working right after 1 year warranty

Product is poor quality. The number keys started to intermittently not respond a couple months after the warranty ended. Now none of them work. Kitchenaid support says they can't help me since the 1 year warranty expired, and they offer no repair options.
