Purchased the entire Professional Series for our Kitchen remodel in July of 2021. Microwave died in October of 2022. Love the look of all the appliances. Just disappointed the microwave oven broke down three months after the warranty expired. We have a repair technician scheduled this week to look at the oven. I will report back.

Too Heavy for the delicate door switches

Door switches needed replaced within a 3 year period. Too complicated and heavy for an appliance that is used for everyday use by a family. Will have to replace due to frequent repairs costs.

It looks like this is the common thread. The unit worked great until it was just out of warranty then completely dead. Wish I had known.

Loved it but quit working

Our microwave we bought for our new build 2.5 yrs ago. Absolutely love the Frigidaire products, but it quit working. The outlet it is in works but it won’t come on. We were using when it just shut off and went blank. I guess things just aren’t made like they used to be. Manual doesn’t provide troubleshooting options so what am I to do?2.5 yr old microwave :(
