We really liked the look of this stove top. However it turns out that youll only maintain that look if you dont use the stove top. The plastic knobs are coated with some material that bubbles and peels away from the underlying plastic when exposed to heat. Yes heat---like gas fire used to cook your food. Then try to get the knobs replaced... A month ago I was told replacement knobs were being sent to me. In my most recent call I learned that the didnt send out the knobs because they didnt have the serial number. Not sure why they didnt reach out to me on that matter. Anyway once youve installed the stove top try to find the serial #---you have to uninstall to get it.
