We bought this air conditioner in late June 2023 and as its gotten hotter this machine didnt break a sweat. I have had to actually make it warmer as the room was so cold

I bought this air-conditioner back in March installed it in April its running fine cooling good. I had an error code of CH 34 called costumer service found out it was a voltage problem. This actually this is very good it has protections. Ive have been in HVAC for 25 years low voltage can burn out a compressor.

Bought this unit and it runs for 20 minutes to a couple of hours then shuts down with CH 34 error.
